1. Cancellation Policy

At CodMinds, we understand that circumstances can change. Below are our cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made within 2-3 working days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 2-3 working days but before the course start date will incur a 10% administrative fee.
• No cancellations or refunds will be processed once the course has started.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness to both the learners and CodMinds:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment used during enrollment.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Failure to attend live sessions or complete assignments.
• Technical issues caused by the learner’s hardware, software, or internet connection.
• Courses purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code.
